  • All rooms have a private balcony and are equipped with an in-room safe. The bathrooms with showers & WC all have a hairdryer. 
  • Room rates per person/per day excluding local tax.
  • Apartment prices for the indicated number of persons/per day excluding local tax.
  • Local tax of € 3,50 is charged extra per person/per day. Children and young people under 15 years of age do not pay local tax (from 01. November € 4,00 local tax).
  • Reductions for children are available by arrangement.
  • Prices during the Ötztal Cycling Marathon and the annual FIS Ski World Cup Opening on request.
  • For occupancy during Christmas, New Year, Carnival and Easter for less than 7 nights and generally for occupancy for less than 3 nights, there is a price surcharge of 10%.
  • We accept EC, Master and VISA cards.
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Reservations are made according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations
